How My “Nonverbal” Child Speaks

August 23, 2020 by Drexelle Leave a Comment

“Nonverbal”

One IEP educator once labelled Knightly as “nonverbal”.

Communicating has always been one of Knightly’s biggest challenges.

As a parent, discovering how a “nonverbal” child can speak has been quite the journey.

It all started with a diagnosis.

This is the journey of how our once labelled “nonverbal” child has learned to communicate.

Introducing our most recent episode in preparation for distance learning and the new virtual school year:

HOW MY ONCE LABELLED “NONVERBAL” KID SPEAKS
